Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service via phone or email to request a return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  3. Ship the item back to:

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs:

  • Returns due to product defects: shipping cost covered by Babyedses
  • Returns for non-defective items: shipping cost covered by the customer
